ચાતુર્માસમાં ઉપવાસ દરમિયાન આ નિયમોનું ધ્યાન રાખવું જોઈએ…

એવું માનવામાં આવે છે કે આ મહિનામાં ઉપવાસ કરવાથી બધી ઇચ્છાઓ પૂર્ણ થાય છે. સાવન સોમવારે ઉપવાસ કરવા ઉપરાંત, ઘણા લોકો આ આખા મહિના દરમિયાન ઉપવાસ રાખે છે. આવા લોકોએ અમુક વસ્તુઓની કાળજી લેવી જ જોઇએ. તો ચાલો જાણીએ આ વસ્તુઓ…

4) બીજી તરફ, જો તમે આખો મહિનો ઉપવાસ ન રાખો તો પણ, આ સમયમાં સોપારી, માંસ અને આલ્કોહોલ ન પીવો જોઈએ.

5) સાવન મહિના દરમ્યાન વ્રત રાખનારા લોકોએ આ સમયગાળા દરમિયાન હજામત કરવી ન જોઇએ અને વાળ અને નખ કાપવા ન જોઈએ.

6) ભગવાન ભોલેનાથ ઉપરાંત ભગવાન વિષ્ણુ અને તેમના ઇષ્ટદેવની પણ આ સમયગાળા દરમિયાન પૂજા કરવી જોઈએ.

7) આ સમય દરમિયાન, પતિ-પત્નીએ સંયમ રાખવો જોઈએ. જો શક્ય હોય તો ઉપવાસ દરમિયાન મુસાફરી ન કરો, પરંતુ ઘરે રહીને ભગવાનની પૂજા કરો.

ચાતુર્માસમાં એક જગ્યાએ આધ્યાત્મિક અભ્યાસ કરવો શ્રેષ્ઠ છે.
