નવી દિલ્હી: જો તમારે આરટીઓ વિના ડ્રાઇવિંગ લાઇસન્સ મેળવવું હોય તો તમારા માટે એક સારા સમાચાર છે. હવે તમારે ડ્રાઇવિંગ લાઇસન્સ માટે આરટીઓ (પ્રાદેશિક પરિવહન કચેરી) ના રાઉન્ડ બનાવવાની રહેશે નહીં. આરટીઓમાં જઇને પરીક્ષણ આપવાની જરૂર રહેશે નહીં. ખરેખર, પરિવહન મંત્રાલયે ડ્રાઇવિંગ લાઇસન્સ બનાવવા માટે એક નવો નિયમ બનાવ્યો છે. આવતા મહિનાથી, લોકો સરકાર દ્વારા માન્ય ડ્રાઇવિંગ સેન્ટરોમાં જઈને ડ્રાઇવિંગની તાલીમ લઈ શકશે, જેના માટે તેમને સર્ટિફિકેટ મળશે. આ પ્રમાણપત્રના આધારે, ડ્રાઇવિંગ લાઇસન્સ લેતી વખતે પરીક્ષા આપવાની જરૂર રહેશે નહીં. આ ડ્રાઇવિંગ તાલીમ કેન્દ્રોમાં કડક અને મજબૂત તાલીમ આપવામાં આવશે, જેથી લોકોને સરકાર દ્વારા આ કેન્દ્રો પાસેથી મળેલા પ્રમાણપત્રના આધારે ડ્રાઇવિંગ લાઇસન્સ મળશે.
ડ્રાઇવિંગ લાઇસન્સ પરીક્ષણ આપ્યા વિના જ કરવામાં આવશે, માર્ગ પરિવહન મંત્રાલયે ડ્રાઇવિંગ લાઇસન્સ બનાવવા અંગે નવો આદેશ જારી કર્યો છે. આ નિયમ 1 જુલાઈ, 2021 થી અમલમાં આવશે. નવો નિયમ આવ્યા પછી હવે તમારે કોઈ પણ માન્ય ડ્રાઇવિંગ તાલીમ કેન્દ્રમાં નોંધણી કરાવી તાલીમ લેવી પડશે. તાલીમ પૂર્ણ થયા બાદ પરીક્ષા લેવામાં આવશે. પરીક્ષા પાસ કરનારાઓને પ્રમાણપત્ર મળશે અને આ પ્રમાણપત્ર દ્વારા, તમારું ડ્રાઇવિંગ લાઇસન્સ સરળતાથી બનાવી શકાય છે.
‘મોટર વાહન અધિનિયમ’ 1998 અંતર્ગત આ તાલીમ કેન્દ્રોમાં ‘ઉપચારાત્મક’ અને ‘રીફ્રેશર’ અભ્યાસક્રમો ઉપલબ્ધ કરાશે. મંત્રાલયે માન્ય ડ્રાઇવિંગ તાલીમ કેન્દ્રો માટે ફરજિયાત નિયમો જાહેર કર્યા છે.માર્ગ અને પરિવહન મંત્રાલયના જણાવ્યા અનુસાર માન્યતા પ્રાપ્ત તાલીમ કેન્દ્રો દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલી માન્યતા 5 વર્ષ માટે માન્ય રહેશે. 5 વર્ષ પછી તેનું નવીકરણ કરવું પડશે. લાઇટવેઇટ મોટર વ્હીકલ ડ્રાઇવર ટ્રેનિંગ કોર્સનો સમયગાળો 4 અઠવાડિયામાં 29 કલાકનો રહેશે. આ કોર્સને બે કેટેગરીમાં વહેંચવામાં આવશે. મધ્યમ અને ભારે મોટર વાહનો માટે તાલીમનો સમય 6 અઠવાડિયામાં 38 કલાકનો રહેશે.
આ તાલીમ કેન્દ્રો તમને વાહન ચલાવવાની યોગ્ય તાલીમ આપશે. આ તાલીમ પછી, ડ્રાઇવિંગ કસોટી પાસ કરવી પડશે. કોઈ પણ વ્યક્તિ આ પરીક્ષણ ફક્ત ત્યારે જ પાસ કરી શકે છે જો તે વાહન ચલાવવા માટે પૂરતા કુશળ હોય. આ ડ્રાઇવિંગની સારી કુશળતામાં વધારો કરશે, ટ્રાફિકના નિયમોનું યોગ્ય જ્ getાન મેળવશે. એવો દાવો કરવામાં આવે છે કે આ તાલીમથી માર્ગ અકસ્માતો ચોક્કસપણે ઓછા થશે.
