એમસીસીએ કોનોરને ટાંકીને કહ્યું, ‘હું એમસીસીના પ્રમુખ બનવા માટે ખૂબ જ ખુશ અને સન્માનિત છું. આ માટે હું કુમાર સંગાકારાનો આભાર માનવા માંગુ છું જેમણે મારામાં વિશ્વાસ મૂક્યો જેથી હું જે રમતને સૌથી વધુ ચાહું છું તેના માટે હું સારું કરી શકું. હું ડ્રેસિંગ રૂમ અને બોર્ડરૂમમાં મેળવેલા અનુભવનો પૂરેપૂરો ઉપયોગ કરવાનો પ્રયત્ન કરીશ જેથી હું ક્લબને ટેકો આપી શકું અને બાકીના લોકો સાથે આગામી 12 મહિના સારી રીતે કામ કરી શકું. હું MCC ટીમનો ભાગ બનીને ખુશ છું.
