પ્રધાનમંત્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ કોરોના મહામારી પર કાબૂ મેળવવા માટે 10 રાજ્યના 54 જિલ્લાના કલેક્ટરની સાથે વર્ચ્યુઅલ બેઠકનું આયોજન કર્યું હતું. આ બેઠકમાં બંગાળનાં મુખ્યમંત્રી મમતા બેનર્જી પણ સામેલ થયાં હતાં. મોદીની બેઠક પછી મમતા બેનર્જીએ પ્રેસ-કોન્ફરન્સ કરીને નારાજગી પ્રગટ કરી હતી.

દીદીએ કહ્યું હતું કે આ બેઠકમાં 10 રાજ્યના મુખ્યમંત્રી હતા, દરેકને પ્રધાનમંત્રી મોદીએ ચૂપ બેસી રહેવા માટે કહ્યું હતું, જેને કારણે સમગ્ર બેઠક દરમિયાન કોઈ એકપણ શબ્દ બોલ્યું નહોતું. બંગાળ માટે અમે 3 કરોડ વેક્સિનની માગ કરી હતી, જેમાંથી આ મહિને માત્ર 13 લાખ વેક્સિન આપવામાં આવી હતી. એવામાં વધુ 24 લાખની સપ્લાઈ કરવાનું નક્કી કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. હું બેઠકમાં એક CM તરીકે જોડાયેલી હતી, તેથી કલેક્ટરોને સામેલ નહોતા થવા દીધા.

મમતાએ કહ્યું હતું કે બંગાળમાં કેસ વધ્યા ત્યારે તાત્કાલિક એક ટીમ મોકલવામાં આવી હતી, પરંતુ જ્યારે ગંગા કિનારે મૃતદેહોનો ઢગલો થયો ત્યારે કેમ એકપણ ટીમ નહોતી મોકલાઈ? અત્યારે અમને વેક્સિન, દવા કે ઓક્સિજન કશું પણ ઉપલબ્ધ કરાવવામાં નથી આવ્યું. કેન્દ્ર સરકાર સંઘના માળખાને નુકસાન પહોંચાડી રહી છે. મમતાએ કહ્યું હતું કે કેન્દ્રને કારણે બંગાળમાં વેક્સિનેશનની ગતિ ધીમી છે. અમે અમારા સ્વખર્ચે 60 કરોડ રૂપિયા ખર્ચીને વેક્સિન ખરીદી છે. મમતાએ વેક્સિનના બીજા ડોઝ માટે 3 મહિનાનો સમયગાળો લાગ્યો હોવા પર પણ સવાલ ઉઠાવ્યા હતા. દીદીએ કહ્યું હતું કે કેન્દ્રએ આનું કારણ સ્પષ્ટ કરવું જોઈએ.

આ બેઠકમાં મોદીએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે મહામારીના કોઈપણ તબક્કામાં તેને હરાવવા માટે રીત-રિવાજ અને પદ્ધતિમાં સતત બદલાવ લાવવો જોઇએ. વાયરસ જેમ સ્ટ્રેનમાં બદલાઈ રહ્યો છે, તેમ આપણે પણ સારવારની પદ્ધતિમાં ફેરફાર કરવો જોઈએ. બીજી લહેરમાં યુવાન અને બાળકો પર વધુ અસર જોવા મળી હતી. તમે જેવી રીતે કોરોના વિરુદ્ધ લડત આપી છે એનાથી પરિસ્થિતિ વધુ ખરાબ નહોતી થઈ, પરંતુ આપણે હજુ વધુ સારા પ્રયાસ હાથ ધરવાની આવશ્યકતા છે.

વેક્સિનેશનની રણનીતિને વધુ આગળ વધારવા માટે દરેક સ્તર પર રાજ્ય અને ઘણા સ્ટેકહોલ્ડર સાથે ચર્ચા-વિચારણા કરીને યોગ્ય મૂલ્યાંકનો હાથ ધરવામાં આવે છે. તેમણે જણાવ્યું હતું કે એક જીવનને બચાવવાની સાથે તેને સરળ બનાવવું પણ અમારી પ્રાથમિકતા છે. ગરીબો માટે ફ્રી કરિયાણું અને જીવનજરૂરી વસ્તુઓ, અન્ય આવશ્યક સપ્લાઈ પરનાં કાળાં બજાર પર પ્રતિબંધ લગાવવાની છે. આ લડાઈને જીતવા અને આગળ વધારવા માટે મહત્ત્વપૂર્ણ ભાગ રહેશે.

  564. Going through the comments, it’s obvious that many people like to use VideoLan, but want it to render at a higher fps and at a higher resolution. There’s no way to change this behavior, since there’s no regard for what display it will be run on. What is very frustrating about that,
