હરભજન સિંહ ન્યૂઝ: હરભજન સિંહે લગભગ 23 વર્ષ સુધી આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય ક્રિકેટ રમીને 700 થી વધુ વિકેટ લીધી. તે વિશ્વના સૌથી સફળ સ્પિન બોલરોમાંથી એક છે.

BCCI: ભારતીય ટીમના દિગ્ગજ ખેલાડી અને વિશ્વના સૌથી સફળ સ્પિનરોમાંથી એક હરભજન સિંહે શુક્રવારે ક્રિકેટમાંથી નિવૃત્તિ લેવાની જાહેરાત કરી. હરભજન સિંહે લગભગ 23 વર્ષ સુધી ક્રિકેટના તમામ ફોર્મેટમાં પોતાની શાનદાર બોલિંગથી ધૂમ મચાવી હતી. તેની નિવૃત્તિના સમાચાર બાદ ક્રિકેટ જગતના તમામ દિગ્ગજ ખેલાડીઓ પોતપોતાની રીતે હરભજનને ભવિષ્ય માટે શુભકામનાઓ પાઠવી રહ્યા છે. ભારતીય ટીમના મુખ્ય કોચ રાહુલ દ્રવિડ અને વિરાટ કોહલી આ જાહેરાત બાદ ભાવુક જોવા મળ્યા હતા. તેણે વિડિયો સંદેશ દ્વારા સ્ટાર સ્પિનરને ભવિષ્ય માટે શુભકામના પાઠવી હતી.

બીસીસીઆઈએ આ વીડિયો શેર કર્યો છે

બીસીસીઆઈએ પોતાના ટ્વિટર એકાઉન્ટ પર એક વીડિયો શેર કર્યો છે, જેમાં કોચ રાહુલ દ્રવિડ અને કેપ્ટન વિરાટ કોહલી હરભજન સિંહ માટે ઈમોશનલ મેસેજ આપી રહ્યા છે. બીસીસીઆઈએ વિડીયો શેર કર્યો અને લખ્યું, “એક દિગ્ગજ અને શ્રેષ્ઠ ખેલાડીઓમાંથી એક! ટીમ ઈન્ડિયા વતી હરભજન સિંહને શાનદાર કારકિર્દી માટે અભિનંદન.”

રાહુલ દ્રવિડે આ વાત કહી

રાહુલ દ્રવિડે હરભજન સિંહની પ્રતિભા અને તેની ખેલદિલીની પ્રશંસા કરી હતી. તેણે કહ્યું, “ભજ્જીને ખૂબ-ખૂબ અભિનંદન. મેં તેને 18 વર્ષની ઉંમરે રમતા જોયો છે. તેણે છેલ્લા 23 વર્ષમાં તેના આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય ક્રિકેટમાં જે કંઈ મેળવ્યું છે તે બેજોડ છે. હરભજને હંમેશા સ્મિત સાથે પડકારોનો સ્વીકાર કર્યો. એક મહાન ફાઇટર અને એક સર્વકાલીન મહાન ખેલાડીઓ. તેની સાથે રમવું સન્માનની વાત છે.”

વિરાટ કોહલીએ આ વાત કહી

વિરાટ કોહલીએ હરભજન સિંહને માર્ગદર્શન આપવા બદલ આભાર માન્યો હતો અને તેના ભવિષ્ય માટે શુભેચ્છા પાઠવી હતી. કોહલીએ કહ્યું, “અમે જે મેચો ભારત માટે રમ્યા તે હું હંમેશા ધ્યાનમાં રાખીશ. જ્યારે હું ટીમમાં આવ્યો ત્યારે તમે મને માર્ગદર્શન આપ્યું હતું. હું એ પણ યાદ રાખીશ કે તમે મને ખૂબ સપોર્ટ કર્યો અને અમે મેદાનની બહાર પણ સારા મિત્રો છીએ. તમારી સંભાળ રાખો. રાખો.”
