રશિયામાં એક મકાનમાંથી બાલ્કની પડી. નીચે ભટકતી મહિલાઓએ સમયસર દોડીને પોતાનો જીવ બચાવ્યો (ટુ વુમન હેવ લકી એસ્કેપ) સોશિયલ મીડિયા પરનો આ સીસીટીવી વીડિયો ખૂબ જ ઝડપથી વાયરલ થઈ રહ્યો છે. ઇઝેવસ્ક શહેરની ઘટના સીસીટીવીમાં કેદ થઈ હતી. ફૂટેજમાં બે મહિલા બિલ્ડિંગની સામે સીડી પર ચingતી જોવા મળી છે. તે દરવાજા પાસે પહોંચતાંની સાથે જ ઉપરથી સ્લેબ પડવા લાગી. તે સમયે બંનેએ સમજણ બતાવી. તે દોડીને ત્યાંથી ભાગી ગઈ હતી.
તેમાંથી એકના પગ પર સ્લેબ હતો. તેણે તુરંત પગથી સ્લેબ કા .ી નાસી છૂટ્યો. સ્થાનિક ન્યૂઝ આઉટલેટ્સ અનુસાર, એસોસિએશન કાઉન્સિલ Houseફ હાઉસિસ Udફ હાઉસિસના પ્રમુખ, ઇવેસ્વે કહ્યું હતું કે બાલ્કની ક્લેડીંગ એપાર્ટમેન્ટના માલિકની મિલકત હોવાથી આ ઘટના માટે મેનેજમેન્ટ કંપનીને દોષી ઠેરવી ન જોઈએ.ડેઇલી મેઇલ મુજબ 23 એપ્રિલે વ્લાદિવોસ્ટokકમાં આવી જ ઘટના બની હતી. જ્યારે એક વ્યક્તિ પોતાની કારની વિન્ડસ્ક્રીન પરથી બરફ સાફ કરી રહ્યો હતો ત્યારે એક કોંક્રિટ સ્લેબ 100 ફૂટની heightંચાઇથી નીચે પડી ગયો. જેના કારણે વાહન તૂટી પડ્યું હતું. 2017 માં, રશિયાના સેન્ટ પીટર્સબર્ગમાં આવા જ અકસ્માતમાં એક મહિલાનું મોત નીપજ્યું હતું.
